I came to see you speak at the Kirklees Business Conference , I really enjoyed your presentation, particularly as I have been running a programme in my business to improve customer service.
I would also like to share with you some great service I experienced, coincidently on the same day I saw you! I ordered some chocolates on Hotel Chocolat and they managed to send totally the wrong items, so I called them, first great thing their offices were open until 7pm, the customer service person was genuinely apologetic and concerned and not reading from a script! She organised for my original order to be re-sent straight away and let me keep the “wrong items” worth about £50.
